Big problem i have with Jb HI-FI is how slow they send out the orders and will only send part of order, not tell you they are waiting for items to be in stock

Only big reason I use them they will ship to New Zealand and in some case cheaper to order from other places

I ordered both parts of War of the Underworld, Breakwater and Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out the last time they had a BOGO. I was prepared to pay VAT and one $24 "service charge" to experience the joy of paying that VAT, but JB sent the order in three shipments, so that was three times the service charge. They also wanted me to pay like twice as much VAT because they're dumb AF.

For backordered stuff, does Sentai charge now or when they ship? I’ve never ordered direct from them before.

When they ship and their shipments are handled by Right Stuf.

Good to know thanks. One more question, do they do partial shipments or just charge & ship everything together. I’m trying to get to free shipping but 1 item is backordered.

They will do partial shipment if an item is backordered or on pre-order is not available within the time frame of the other products.
