Does anyone have experience with Turbine's Customer Service? I ordered their Exclusive Mediabook variant and there is a rather sizeable chunk of cardboard missing on the spine side. There was no damage to the shipping box, nor is there any denting in the cardboard or tearing in the seal so this happened at the factory before it was sealed.
I completed their contact form but this was my first purchase from so I don't know what to expect. |
