Speaking of slipcases, is there a reason the 4K slips have the logo strip (or whatever it's called) across the top, and the Blu-ray slips have the full-page artwork? Thanks!

I would guess to more easily denote which titles are 4k only from 4k + Blu-Ray.

KLI, just wondering when you might start releasing the 43 new to Blu-ray Paramount titles? I know you mentioned you would like to have them all out by the end of the year, so I'm guessing September or October?

No but VS slips are never available via traditional retail.

Yes, the 4K releases that don't include Blu-rays (Killer's Kiss/The Killing) don't feature the silver strip.

So when KLI says ‘We've never asked for it,’ does that mean they might have it? KLI says ‘When never asked for it’ once in a while and it could be a form of a lie/diversion. Just because they didn’t ask for it doesn’t mean they don’t have it .

We've never asked for it means we've never been interested.

We've done 11 deals with them, we had passed on the 25 titles I mentioned the previous 10 times.

There is still some good stuff left, like Hennessy which may or may not ever get a release, but I think that's one of the best MGM films period.

I think most people on this forum would disagree that these announcements are scrapping the bottom of the barrel:

Catch the Heat
The Trials of Oscar Wilde
Kill a Dragon
Lonelyhearts
They Went That-A-Way & That-A-Way
4 un-released Truffaut films
5 Mr. Wong films

Every deal is different, what may make sense now, may've not made sense a year or two ago.
