"Blue Movie Blue" was used on MGM's DVD cover and also on the title card of the version used for the DVD. The title card on the HD version available at digital retailers also uses "Blue Movie Blue":

Yes, it's disappointing that it appears it won't be the Unrated version but it's not surprising because the DVD was the R-rated version as is the HD version available at digital retailers. The Unrated version hasn't been released since the VHS/laserdisc which is typical for these movies. Dream Lover is the same way...the Unrated version was last released on the VHS/laserdisc and if we ever get a blu-ray release, it will probably be of the R-rated version (the HD version at digital retailers is the R-rated version).

At least it appears Walt is making the effort to include the scenes from the Unrated version as "deleted scenes". It will be interesting to see if they are HD or SD taken from the VHS/laserdisc.
