Nearly all of them are. Usually super degrained and poorly encoded. Christmas carol is an outlier.

VCI hits 4k before Grindhouse

If they leave some of the grain intact I will probably still pick it up. It *has* to be an improvement over the blu ray....right?

Well the quality of their blu-ray of this film is very, very, very low, so I'd hope they actually get it right this time.

Agreed, it would most likely come from Shout Factory. Would love for Arrow or Criterion take a crack at it.
