How limited is this? I preordered back when I had more money, and now I'm off work for the summer. Thinking of waiting till Fall but I don't want to miss out on the steelbook.

I honestly don’t know but if their LE Steelbooks are anything like their slipcovers, it’ll be out of print within the next hour, LOL.

It has just gone OOS at Amazon but that may well be short term.

At BB here in Canada it was sold out long ago and 7 came back in stock this morning, and now sold out again. Amazon still has some but that's because their price is ridiculous.

Received my copy from Amazon today along with a few other items so it came in a box for a change. The steel looks great in person!

However once I took off the j-card I found some scratches on the back.

Hard to get a replacement now that it's out of stock. Edit: 2 discs have scratches and smudges. I strongly advise everyone to look over their sets carefully.

Still look forward to watching it this evening.

Anybody got pics of how this is packaged inside. I ordered form Cinema1 in Canada as it was cheaper then Amazon and, as another poster mentioned, sold out at BestBuy.

Kwai, though, I just got off at Amazon and the bluray is placed under the 4k with this separator plastic lip over it. Adding the hub is really tight, it makes for removing the bluray really difficult and I scratched it taking it out.

Hope this one is better packaged inside the case.

Thanks, that looks better though those plastic hubs are tight on Kwai. At least Lawrence doesn't seem to have that extra bit covering the bluray.

I just received my Lawrence Of Arabia 4K UHD steelbook edition courtesy of Amazon. Since I've already redeemed my digital code from my standard 4K UHD edition some time ago, here is the digital code from the aforementioned steelbook edition for anyone who wants it:

Took a close up for you. It is definitely tight and you have to be careful removing the disc.

My copy was supposed to arrive today but now there's some sort of delay....

Just got an email this interesting email that says "Package is being re-labeled and forwarded with a different tracking ID"

Probably all dented up thanks to amazon's stellar packing

(like when they sent my six dvd box set of Emergency! shoved into a bubble envelope)

I had similar scratches on mine. Since they're underneath the J-card, this leads me to believe it's a factory/manufacturing issue.

Agreed. I wonder if the same thing happened with Kwai.

Oh yeah...the back of my LOA steel has a nice scratch. The back of my Kwai steel(under the j-card) has a few small but deep dents.
