Stumbled upon this HK 3DBD, and movie seems to have gotten decent reviews. Anyone have it?

As coincidence wants it I just watched this yesterday in 3D. If you are in those types of movies this one is ok - nothing really bad but also nothing really good. All in all three "bigger" fight scenes in the whole movie, the rest is a little boring. Production values are quite good overall. The end fight was relying too much on CGI and was disappointing. Just as a comparison: I would rate movies like Wu Xia or True Legend much higher, the former one because of its story and presentation, the latter one because of its fight scenes.

Right from the outset I knew I'd like this updated take on Wong Fei Hung, what with Corey Yuen doing the action choreography and Sammo Hung as the main bad guy. A fair assessment. I agree that there isn't quite enough fighting in the film, the final showdown was anticlimactic and it can't hold a candle to Once Upon A Time In China as far as Wong Fei Hung movies go, but if you are into these types of movies and you love 3D, you should see it.

Oh my goodness I didn't realize this had a 3D release!!! I just saw it last night and was blown away by the story and the sound! Wall to wall kinetic LFE you could feel every punch with Crowsons. I have to get the 3D now.

The conversion makes a big difference with this one, it's definitely worth hunting down.

Yeah and just having a look everywhere I'm out of luck finding a copy ANYWHERE.

FWiW,a copy of this is up on ebay. Comes to $68 bucks and change. One copy left and its buy it now...

I got it. For some reason it didn't show on eBay Australia, so I tried eBay US and it worked, so I ordered via there. And oddly, at eBay Australia it is showing under my purchases. That is good to know in future.

Looking forward to it, both for the 3d upgrade and the 7.1 upgrade.

eBay website lists the same information in the account through all their domains. Only the searchs can differ through domains, but if you put any item that you can't find on other domain of theirs it will show it in the items following in your account.

Just bizarre. I even tried advanced search by item ID and it didn't work on .au. So it is good to know on rare titles I'm seeking I can try US etc, other eBay's.

Yes I do. But typically if it won't show on eBay Australia, it means they won't ship here. And every time prior that has been the case. This is a first finding one that ships here but won't list. But I'll try it always in future.
