How flexible is LRG on canceling an order? I requested a cancellation on a preorder just announced today. Will they likely allow the cancellation request with a full refund?

It depends on how far along into production it is. The longer you wait, the less likely they'll be able to cancel. However, if you're ordering stuff with ample supply - like plastic protectors or card albums, then they'll cancel it then and there without issue.

Thank you, that’s good to know. I ordered TMNT Shredder’s Revenge today the same day preorder went up but found cheaper options elsewhere and hopefully they will cancel it.
