The Dark Knight - I love this movie so much but one thing that has slightly bothered me on repeated viewing is Christian Bale's growly voice. It is kinda annoying especially at the end after he fought the Joker delivers that speech, pretty hard to understand him

+1. I argued that the growly voice was a nice touch in Batman Begins, but in The Dark Knight, he took it too far. Which after learning more about Bale recently, seems to be the norm.

+1. I was going to say the exact same thing. The thing that bothers me the most about that last scene with the Joker is that Batman is clearly exhausted (physically or mentally or both) yet he keeps up that damn growl. I thought it totally ruined the moment.....

One of my favorite movies, Miller's Crossing.

I hate it when the two thugs who are supposed to make sure Tom has killed Bernie let him do it alone and then don't even check for the body. I realize that there are people as stupid as this but the plot shouldn't have to rely on such stupidity.

Other than that the film is perfect.
