Default Defective Glasses Help! (what is this black film on the lens?)

I have a pack of Boblov Active 3D glasses, and one of the glasses now has this black film on one of the lens. It doesn't appear to be exterior as there is no way to peel it off or anything.

Has anyone had this happen to their glasses? And is there anything that can be done to remove this flaw or should I just junk it?

All the glasses have been used about four times since last summer. So they've never been over-used or anything.

Also the last time we had 3D movie night a couple weeks ago. The glasses did run into a problem where they kept flickering on and off, then eventually stayed on, then the flickering happened at random. Could the glasses be going out? If so, they didn't last that long in terms of use.

Looks like someone finger pressed the lens.

I think warranty is useless as they may say that it's user fault they become like that... if i were you i'd send those for recycling and buy a new pair.

Thanks. That is what I'm planning. I've been careful with the glasses, but I guess someone I was watching movies with wasn't and I wasn't aware at the time.

Is that "crack" in the top of the frame part of the design of those glasses? I'm also seeing what looks like a diagonal black line running through the big smudge.

For some hope against hope: I have a pair of those weird "XPand 3D" glasses. that can get weird blotches on their LCD for a bit when they're off, but it fades over time (or when they're turned on).

Sadly, I think the conclusion y'all have come to is the correct one.

The crack is a design, I checked the other glasses and they're all the same. The "fingerprint" is actually a giant black splotch of some sort, when you press the lens, this black liquid looking stuff starts spreading in the frame. So touching the lens seems to really cause this issue, so I'm sure someone grabbed the lens when placing the glasses on or off.
