Guys, live by one simple rule.....everything in moderation!

There's nothing wrong with a little indulgence from time to time as long as it's not excessive. Eating KFC every so often is not going to literally shorten your life span. I love KFC and probably have it once every couple of months. I don't live off of it but I do allow myself to enjoy it now and then.

I don't get these "all or nothing" people who think if you're not constantly living off of tofu and wheat grass juice, you're going to die prematurely and be riddled with health issues along the way.

My grandfather lived until he was 86 years old (well beyond the average life span) and he ate bacon, drank like a fish, and never.....I mean NEVER exercised!

Here's a motto for you to live by.....Eat right, exercise daily, and die anyway. Why not enjoy life's pleasures along the way?

Oh, and as for the topic yes, the skin is awesome!

Moderation and use your own discretion.

BTW - I used to HATE bacon because everyone always burned it to a crisp. Now, I love it because I know how to make it correct. You cook it enough so it's juicy, tender and DELICIOUS! Not void of any moisture!

Has anyone used bacon grease to cook their chicken in?

Its great, and wash it down with plenty of beer.

I don't eat the skin. In fact, I only tried KFC once and it felt like drinking a bucket of grease. Haven't eaten it ever since.

Its all about the spicy chicken. Delicious.
I always order the same thing, Spicy meal with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Just typing this makes me hungry.
