Going to have to pass on the Revolver set. No surround, no sale. Oh well, that money will go to the upcoming Bob Dylan Bootleg Series box.

I'm going to continue to hold out hope till an official announcement is made for a Blu-ray and hopefully an Atmos mix as well. But, if there isn't one, then that's supremely disappointing.

Edit: yup, extremely disappointing. Terrible decision to omit a Blu-ray. And, Atmos only via Apple streaming is ridiculous.

seems premature to showcase a release that hasn't been officially announced yet, but who knows. perhaps the blu-ray will be a separate release the way Pink Floyd are doing w/ their upcoming Animals release

To be honest, I'm on the fence because of the lack of a Blu-ray. They also really missed an opportunity to include the US Yesterday and Today LP since you know a lot of collectors would love a pristine copy of that on either vinyl or CD (without buying the US Albums box). At least lossless versions will be on streaming, but it's strange for them to do a CD-only deluxe set in 2022. I guess that means we're not getting lossless on physical disc for any other albums if they won't bother with Revolver.

Really wish they opted for something similar to Animals, which manages to have the vinyl LP, CD, and Blu-ray all in one package for about the same price.

Yep without the Blu-ray I am also out.

I would prefer the option of purchasing a 5.1 FLAC download of the surround mix than paltry lossy 768 Kbps streaming DD+/Atmos.

Stupid decision by Universal/Apple, especially after the previous four sets all had a Blu-ray with at least 5.1 and high resolution stereo. From White Album onwards the Blu-ray contained the unlimited 24/96 vinyl cutting master as well, while the downloads did not.

So many suits involved with these products are f'n clueless about the markets they're supposed to understand.
