Thief is outstanding. The rest of his films range from very good to average IMHO.

Thief's my favorite too. I also like Insider, Manhunter, Mohicans, Collateral (and Heat which I think is just slightly overrated possibly because it's the first De Niro Pacino collaboration on screen)
