I think Spielberg has said it's one of the ones that's on the list for blu-ray, but nothing's coming in the next few months. Should be interesting to see what happens after January 1, when Spielberg and DreamWorks leaves Paramount for Disney, but how Paramount will still have the rights, with Spielberg being there.

The movie will still be distributed by Paramount in the U.S. Spielberg is not taking the DreamWorks catalog with him. All that's leaving are the company name and some in-development projects.

"Saving Private Ryan" and some other movies were co-productions between Paramount and DreamWorks, so after Paramount acquired DreamWorks, it owned those movies outright anyway. Whatever movies Paramount didn't want the studio sold to George Soros, with Paramount still distributing.

DreamWorks Animation was spun off from the live-action division into an independent unit, but it also has a distribution deal with Paramount that is in place for at least another two/three years.

They are not leaving for Disney, but they have a tie up with an Indian company called Reliance BIG Entertaintment. The tie up with Disney is to market and distribute the studio’s films around the world, except in India where Reliance Big Entertainment will retain the distribution rights.
