It's not. I received 2 reservoir dogs in a box and 2 punisher warzone in a bubble mailer. The only difference is that Reservoir Dogs was shipped by FedEx and Punisher Warzone by USPS.

Those are Best Buy exclusives though, they’ll ship in boxes if you preordered. As for Paramount steelbooks that aren’t exclusives, they usually end up in mailers.

Ah gotcha. That would make sense as Reservoir was a preorder and Warzone wasn't. Interesting.
