I purchased the Fly box set a year ago and it arrived in perfect condition. They boxed it along with the rest of my order and filled the box with wadded Shout paper to fill the gaps. Very happy with all their shipping to date...

Shout is one of the best for packing stuff. I've always gotten stuff in a box. Wrapped in paper with extra paper in the box to secure the movies so they don't slide around in the box.

I've gotten the boxes with shipments but plenty of room for things to slide around. Usually, it's just one sheet of SF's wrapping paper folded into the box.

Same here. The boxes are always oversize and next to nothing for protection. I'll never understand why other labels don't model themselves after Vinegar Syndrome, bubble wrap everything in an appropriate size box.

My Shocktober Sale shipments were like this.... It was a little baffling.

I am still waiting on Poison Ivy from the Halloween sale. It looks like they didn't include it in this box set sale. Wonder if there is a larger backorder on them.

Got all of mine. I wonder if I will catch the glitch in Halloween 2? I have Dolby Vision, so maybe not.

Hopefully Shout can release a UHD of Sleepaway Camp (1983) sooner than later. I watched it a couple of times during Spooky Season. It has so many great characters that everyone can have their favorites. I like Meg and Judy, but my Top 3 are:

I watched my UHD of Halloween II three times this year in HDR and there's no glitch during the hot tub scene.

In October, for shits and giggles I decided to watch Halloween II in HDR. The glitch is literally a split second. I blinked and missed it. I replayed the scene and barely caught it the 2nd time. It's not huge either, just a small portion of the well endowed nurses chest. I can see why some people say they don't have the glitch.

Maybe not one your panel, but I wonder if it'll be there on mine? Not all panels are made the same.

Invest in a quality TV. It's worth it if you care about PQ.

The trouble is which? There are so many to look at, but where to start is always a question. Wanted an OLED but heard that the tech was new when I got my LED in 2018, some saying that that tech is now better, however, I read the particular display I bought wasn't the greatest, but I was looking for months and I couldn't decide. I wanted it big, and I decided upon the one I own right now. IPS panels suck, but I didn't know.

...Wanted an OLED after this one, but then I read bad things about 'em. And then many things great. I just don't know what to look for.

So many great characters, but I'll pick only one... Mel. What the hell was the nature of his relationship with M-E-G ?? Was he getting lucky after that diner date or what ??

Kenny is also hilarious.. so is Ricky. Hard to pick a favorite character as I would have to do a write up on almost everyone...

Google Best OLED TVs and a whole host of review sites will pop up. Places like CNET or ZDNet are usually reliable and will give you the pros and cons of many brands. I went OLED in September and haven't looked back. Granted, buying an OLED will set you back at least $1,500 for a 65 inch model but with Black Friday coming up you should be able to find a deal. Smaller sizes will be cheaper of course but you mentioned wanting to go big. I have the LG C1 65" model and it's fantastic.

Watched In the Company of Wolves. I felt the transfer was really good and organic, but the movie didn't do much for me. It just didn't feel super coherent and didn't like the it's a story within a dream angle. A bit too much like Inception. Still, great visuals and sets, but not the greatest film.
