For a complete version (base game and 4 passes) that’s not a bad deal

Ah yeah forgot to mention those were Canadian prices.

I went ahead with the sale. The game + all DLC does indeed show a $159.99 listing (Canadian) once the sale is over. So $20 US seems like a good steal.

Should of noticed you where from Canada to begin with, since it says it right under your avatar. So yeah, that's definitely a good price still in Canadian money. Loading times suck in it though, but might be better if you use a PS5 or a PS4 with an SSD (which I now have). Only played using a PS4 with a stock HDD elsewhere.

Even by USD prices, that's a pretty good deal, yes. The amount of new DLC from Tekken 7 has been ongoing for years, so that's a lot of DLC.
