7 days, not a month -- assuming the Walmart release isn't a 2nd level of Exclusive and then a full wide release later? It has been a while since Disney did a layered release with multiple different release dates.

Nah the Disney+ version is a new transfer and looks great.

Little reminder to all you DMCers that this is now out (the date in the thread title is a typo). If anyone here has gotten it already and can confirm exactly what's on the disc (and if the new-to-BD shorts are in presentable shape), let me know!

I decided to go with DMC for this. It says my order is "on hold," so my guess is others will get it before I do. However, if for some reason I get it first, I'll totally share my experience here.

No reason to believe the date is incorrect -- DMC lists the release date as Jan 31. it's not unheard of for DMC to ship early, but except for the full exclusives DMC doesn't usually get them out too early.

Yeah, 10 shorts per release seems too small of a trickle. 100 years should have 100 cartoons on it in a larger set all at once. I'm not going to even start with these. I have the Treasures Tins of Mickey, Donald and Silly Symphonies on DVD, to go alongside my Looney Tunes shorts.

That is odd --the website certainly has always said 1/31 both on the Front Page Ad and the item description page.

I just doublechecked the mailer and the US mailer does say Jan 3 as well

Could have been a misprint since DMC usually gets things shipped at least near their official release date.
Nobody in the US or CA thread has mentioned getting an early shipment or CC charge like something's getting ready

Hopefully the aspect ratio being listed on Amazon as 1.78:1 is a mistake!
