David Fincher's ZODIAC is set to be released in Denmark on September 29 (the title is channeled though WB and their distro umbrella) Preliminary info indicates "Region 2" but this appears to be a routine listing. I would look for confirmation as to the to actual coding. Direct listing:

I have noticed this before, it's been on the list for a long time.
I am from Denmark, so I could write them an e-mail to confirm. The region 2 is routine listing. An since it's a Warner release it will be "no region". |

I think this one was also distributed by Warner here, so for South East Asia at least (I've no idea about Japan), it'll be in Region A. But then it's Warner, so it'll be region free.

as a retailer of blu-ray movies in Denmark i can confirm that Zodiac will be regionfree!
Unfortunately you won't like the price tag for importing. its around $45 dollars for the movie + shipping.(And that is the cheap in denmark) They currently don't list specs yet i guess they will be public in a week or two |

Subs are never forced in the Nordic country's, to my knowledge you can always turn them off!?
You can get the Swedish version for $34, Sweden is always cheaper than Denmark... http://www.discshop.se/shop/ds_produ...e=movies&&ref= It says that the A/V and extra specs are TBA, so don't pay attention to the DD5.1 just yet. Last edited by onyxx; 09-06-2007 at 06:55 AM. |

This is awesome. I really liked this movie and was eagerly waiting for the Blu-Ray release with the abundance of extra features the regular DVD was lacking. I guess I will be importing this title.
Would you guys happen to know if we will be able to do this whenever Iron Man is released? I know it's probably too early to tell. |

The title will include english subs + all nordic. The sound is rumored to be DD 5.1 from a source of mine, but it isn't curtain untill i get final specs.
But expect it to be importable and playable for you US people =) |
