It’s a bit confusing since a few seem to have morphed into one another (and likely not going to move into production) but I believe at least one point there were plans for a Commissioner Gordon detective series called GCPD, and an Arkham Asylum series that was supposed to build out the rogues gallery. But last I heard they had been merged together, or at least one cancelled the other our.

Yeah, it's definitely confusing, and I'm sure things will keep changing in the future. My guess we shouldn't assume anything on that end will happen until it hits production or is formally announced like The Batman 2 was today.
