Do I need those jumpers for biwiring?

I can't say for sure. Mine were professionally made for me by Zu Cable using some of their best wiring that they use as speaker wire (when I used Zu cable speaker wires) and also from Themusic.com when they supplied me with jumper cables that they had made from the Nola Black Orpheus speaker wiring that Nola uses; these were supplied with my Nola Reference LCR center channel speaker.

I do not think that you need gold wiring. Some good copper shielded or silver shielded wiring or the same wiring as your speaker wiring that you use should probably be fine. You should be able to use bare wire, banana plugs or spades for connecting to the speaker terminals.
