I agree. As much of a fan as I am of Rocky, the ending scene of Creed II was like Rocky was giving Creed the keys to the franchise.

I greatly enjoyed the sixth Rocky movie and I'm glad that Rocky's story was extended in this spin off. Now with the third film in this Creed franchise, I believe it is time to see the Creed series stand on its own. Hopefully Creed III is good movie.

I'm 100% satisfied with Rocky's story through out all of these films, I don't feel as if I'm missing anything because they aren't extending Rocky's story in Creed III.

100% agree. If you think about it, he had two great send offs. I feel the way Rockys character ended in Rocky Balboa was perfect. His character continuing in Creed is a bonus. A great bonus at that. I very much look forward to Creed 3. I'm excited to see Adonis handle things on his own.
