45 days is the new theatrical window before studios can start putting their movies either on-demand or on disc. It changed during the pandemic when the theatres were struggling to stay open.
It's why "THE BATMAN" was on HBO Max in Mid-April when it came out in early March last year.

Plus, remember, CREED III was suppose to be released in November 2022. It got pushed to March so that it would have a better box office chance so this physical release was pretty much ready to go already.

The Batman had the exact same opening weekend to physical release date last year.
