I've just cancelled my order for the book. Small black and white shots, few onstage or in the studio. Martin Popoff's book is much nicer.

No they don't, those tracks are NOT Atmos...they are Hi-Res Lossless. Not one track has been released to streaming platforms in Atmos yet. Apple are previewing the 50th anniversary stereo remasters of The Great Gig in the Sky and Brain Damage.

A 50 year anniversary set is not likely to have a lot of new content. It's retrospective.

I think the books and the posters and the stickers are nice but I can understand if you only want the music. The art that goes along with it has always been a feature.

The live version has not been released before and both that and the studio album are presented on Vinyl, CD, and Blu Ray.

It will go on sale later and everyone is able to determine what they are willing to spend for this if anything.

If you simply want to dump on it or troll this thread like keenly, maybe one or two posts would be enough.

I would love to have the blu ray only. I do have only the blu ray from the DSotM immersion set. I'm also very happy with the Animals blu ray.



Keenly's non sense is what I was objecting to with good reason. He is insisting on things that have been proven untrue. Rejecting evidence in a debate is in the definition of trolling that I looked up this morning.

Lol they are in ATMOS. Fact. I am in UK and play them in 7.1.4. Clearly discrete but weak.

I am playing the 2 tracks now. There are in Atmos, mixed by Guthrie. New mixes, but very poor.

I am not afraid of dying is in ceiling speakers to the left. How would I know that if it were stereo?

WRONG. They are Atmos mixes, I am testing both again right now. You should apologise for your reckless, ignorant comments.

Others on quadraphonicquad forums have verified these are atmos.

Laughing on Brain Damage moves across ceilng speakers to back. Is that my imagination? Stereo mixes LOL

Lol I listen to pure direct for these Atmos mixes. I have mentioned the discrete info that was not there on the 5.1 mixes.

I have the box set coming on friday, I am 100% I am listening to the 2 atmos tracks now, and they will be exactly same as Blu ray audio. Many others have verified this.

Look, I don't care with others have verified. I'm more interested in the truth. Even with the Momentary Lapse of Reason the Apple Music and the Blu Ray Audio are not "the same."

I'll just deal with it ok... I know now how useful your reviews are and will take that into consideration. I predict you think it's Crap but I told you cancelling was an option and it still is if you refuse delivery.

The 2 tracks ARE PLAYING AS ATMOS IN UK.
Them playing in Stereo only, in other nations has been reported.
