It is hard to know which releases comes in boxes or just slipcovers the way they picture everything at the side now. Will Waterworld and Mallrats both come with the box?

I'm pretty sure they'll match the same packaging as the BD Limited Editions. So a slipbox for Waterworld, and just a slipcover for Mallrats.

For those wondering "Why Waterworld?" the Universal UHD is HDR10/DTS:X while this Arrow version is Dolby Vision/Atmos, so there's that at least.

That Empire set is an awesome announcement. It reminds me of the good ol' 2016-18 Arrow announcements.

But for real though, these all should be substantial upgrades over the scream counterparts.

Just realized that the Game trilogy is almost certainly 'G x 3' on Fran's old list. I have the remnants looking like this now:

AUG - MEX BOX (Mexico Trilogy?)

SEP - CJ BOX (Coffin Joe) / JC? / WESTERNS? (the spaghetti western set)

OCT - H BOX?

DEC - SH BOX? (Can't help but think the original plan may have been a Sammo Hung set, rather than individual releases)

2023:
WB BOX
TOTBD BOX (Tombs of the Blind Dead?)
GOH BOX
P COLL
HM UPS
WESTERN BOX (surely the same spaghetti western set listed above)

The price is usually a good indicator for me. I've never looked at the US website, but in the UK most slip cover releases are £18 (or £25 for 4K) and hard box releases are £25 (or £30 for 4K).

Yeah, I'm going to have to get that. Missed Robot Jox, and somewhat recently sold off my copy of Dolls cause the secondary market was too tempting. Wouldn't mind getting it again if it's in a set with other movies I'm curious about.

I'm most interested in The Dungeonmaster, that looked like a lot of fun on Best of the Worst.

Sounds like there will also be some UK only exclusives that go up tomorrow as well. Maybe even the Bruce Lee set, but I would think they wouldn't release that the same time as the Empire set.

We know it's the Lighthouse. I really doubt there will be any others. If so, an absolute insane month.
