Then what is the excuse for not providing ALL cuts in 4K?????

4K discs are mo' money?

In this case it is a bit weird since Ulysses cut is the selling point of the set versus the universal

Possibly also the Ulysses cut wasn't graded for HDR and they deemed people wouldn't want 4K SDR
