Didn't really do it for me. The characters were so unlikeable that I didn't care and there were too many episodes. I did really like

Lee Sung Jin has planned the show to last 3 seasons: “There are a lot of ideas on my end to keep this story going. I think should we be blessed with a Season Two, there’s a lot of ways for Danny and Amy to continue. I have one really big general idea that I can’t really say yet, but I have three seasons mapped out in my head currently.”

Great show. Wasn't sure about it after the first episode or two, but it just got better, and the last two episodes are just nuts. I actually would be fine if they never made another season, i felt it ended quite nicely.

Still pissed they canceled G.L.O.W. over Covid and didn't let them have their final season - even though it had initially been renewed.

I haven’t read it yet, but is production halted due to the writer’s strike like The Last of Us?

There is no season 2 in production at this time and no further seasons have been ordered by Netflix, which won't change until later this year.

Just so odd that since I’ve started getting big into TV and movies (around 1995), there always seems to be a WRITER’s STRIKE every 5 years - I could be wrong with that number, but the point is it’s always a “writer’s strike” and never any other group striking. Never set designers strike… crew member strike… actor’s strike… director’s strike… etc

What’s up with that?

The last writers’ strike was like 15 years ago.

The other non-actor on-set jobs you mentioned probably aren’t unionised, so they’re just SOL.

Yeah, season 2 has not been officially ordered yet. Just the creators are hoping for 3 seasons. It is up in the air if it will be a continuation on the same story or anthology. But the Emmy awards have this being submitted as a Limited Series however.

If it doesn't get picked up I'm fine with it being a one and done.

But this seemed to have a lot of hype after the release, so I'd be shocked if it didn't get more. Can't remember the last non Stranger Things show Netflix has done that had people talking this much.
