Bit of a morbid subject this I know, but when you read in the news about famous people passing away it usually happens in threes. Recently though, we've lost a few famous people. There has been:
Paul O'Grady (I watched that ITV1 repeat of the documentary about him, recorded before he sadly passed away. A really good watch) Barry Humphries (whose characters included Dame Edna Everage and Sir Les Patterson) Garn Stephens (prolific writer, and among their acting credits is playing Marge in the (underrated) Halloween III: Season of the Witch) Jerry Springer Harry Belafonte and the former wife of Bob Newhart, Ginny Newhart (this one I think I found out on the web and wasn't in the 'i' newspaper that I read regularly). |
