SDR because they didn't intend to make an HDR grade. A proper HDR grade for a newly made film/TV show requires specific equipment and scans (generally just a "360" picture using a specialized lens on a camera that can capture HDR) that take up some extra time in the filming process... and since the film was intended for streaming on Roku, it's a miracle that they bothered to film in 4K, so the fact that the UHD Blu-ray exists is amazing in and of itself.
