Also, I would be careful about the image, too, because it may be using BD-25 instead of BD-50, assuming foreign releases use the latter and have a different bitrate, so the image may be worse for that BR disc.

I am saying this because it's not unusual at all that we (and I know this because I am from Brazil and have been noticing this for more than 2 decades) get discs with either the audio or the video in worse shape from the local distributor, so I never trust anything released in this country, especially if the company doing it is unknown.
