Huh? It has zero to do with Warner or the original movies.
This is likely to do with it being the 20th anniversary of this series airing.

I've said it before and I'll say it again; next year is the most likely time to see a 4K release of the original movie, as it will be the 40th anniversary of the TMNT. If we don't see it next year, I don't expect to see it at all.
