There's a lot riding on the shoulders of this show no doubt, but this does look like they're going to get this right. It does seem very true to the source animation. It's just a pity we won't see a fully formed Kanan, we can hope for a force ghost but that's it.

I'm cautiously optimistic

Yeah, I’m going in with pretty high expectations. I’m trying to remember Kanan, it’s been a while since I watched Rebels and even then I did t watch the entire series. He was in that show, right?

Yeah he was in that show

I will go in with low Expectations. Clone Wars was such a high level, I don't think they can't repeat that

Kanan was the Jedi that was with the team and got blinded half way through

I would say you 100% have to watch all of Rebels to understand this series. Clone Wars you more than likely can skip.

They didn't show a lot of footage of the characters with lightsabers, which means that they are probably going to die in the first episode or get an off-screen death

I have an feeling that at the end of the series, Sabine is going to find Bo-Katan, and in the next season of Mandaloran, Sabine will be part of Bo-Katan's clan

Gotta say: I gave up halfway through Andor and I never delved into Mando Season Three... but this is givin' me all the feels. I think this might actually maybe possibly be the first SW live-action series that wins me over. The Ahsoka episode in Mando Season Two is one of my absolute favorites of that series, and the Rebels cartoon has been the only episodic SW that's fully connected with me. LOVED that show.

So much will depend on the score. Fingers crossed it will be classic motif-based bombastic Williams-esque music. Y'know... like Rebels.

Cautiously optimistic. Would love to love this.
