Yes! Figured we'd be getting the original at the very least - pleasantly surprised it's set of the first four, especially as Bloodline hasn't had the best treatment on home video.

EDIT: "Newly uncovered workprint." Oooh, we finally getting it in good quality?

EDIT II: I'm hoping the specs are incomplete, otherwise they've dropped some stuff like the deleted footage from Hellbound.

Awesome, overdue news. So happy they included Bloodline. But, hell, if we're going further than III, get Inferno in there too!

I like the original but have often heard that it's all downhill from there. Is that true?

Do you think they will re-release these individually with slipcover standard cases? I really just want the first movie

Hellbound is really good and is generally considered a worthy sequel. It picks up right after the original and is filled with nightmarish visuals. III and IV have a more mixed reputation but I like them both - III is good fun and IV is mighty ambitious.

Here's hoping the specs are not final as it's missing a lot of extras from the previous release. Also, I see no mention if they fixed the framing of Hellraiser III.

It is a new 4k scan so hopefully it will be fixed.

Awesome! I've been waiting a long time for Hellraiser to hit UHD. Here's hoping they managed to give the first film a proper grade as I've never been able to go back to the old Blu-rays after seeing how much better and different the original grade was on 35mm.

I would be absolutely shocked if Hellraiser III's framing hadn't been fixed but I wouldn't expect Arrow to mention it giving how they defended it in the past and they have been quietly fixing their previous mistakes/shortcomings on older discs for newer UHD releases.

I think that fixed framing on the third film is basically guaranteed, what I'm much more curious about is how the grade will look (particularly on the original film) and if they managed to get hold of a reference print or Barker to assist with the grading.

One criticism about the packaging though, it looks like the discs will be stored in that cheap-looking hub packaging like the original Omen Collection.

Wonder how "restored" the workprint of Bloodline is? I hope they don't artificially brighten Hellraiser/Hellbound like their Blu-Ray releases.

A bit disappointing they still haven’t found film elements for the unrated III.

They more than make up for that with the workprint of IV, mind.

Turbine advertised a Hellraiser UHD a while ago so hopefully they were involved and had a say on the grade. They were quick to find a print for The Hills Have Eyes and do a proper grade (which Arrow used for their UHD) whereas Arrow's Blu-ray was overly bright with ruddy colors.

People who haven't seen this on 35mm will be in for a surprise if this release is faithful to the original look. Prior home video releases are way off and do this film a massive disservice.

Did Turbine do the current German IV release on UHD? Looked ugly AF, one of their AI smeary things. So I hope this has zero in common with it.

They have done fantastic work on new scans and as mentioned actually got the director of Hellraiser III to fix the framing on the new (at the time) master. The work they shared with Arrow such as Naked Lunch and The Last Emperor were absolutely incredible. It's a shame they've left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths over the AI upscale stuff on older masters though.
