Is there a service to make your own custom steelbooks?

I would love to get a custom Steelbook made. But bluishsquirrel is currently out of stock.

Man, do you have any pics of any of his works? I'd love to see it our of curiosity sake. Are they just one offs or does he keep a few to sell to others? Just curious, but I love these things.
