Default Watching Credits on Paramount Plus/Showtime

I don’t know if I’m posting this in the right forum, but nothing else seemed appropriate. Feel free to move this thread if it belongs somewhere else.

I just subscribed to Paramount Plus with Showtime. At the end of movies on Showtime, I see the smaller credits box, but when I click on it the screen stays on the countdown to the next show, but the sound stays with the credits (if that makes sense). Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a known glitch or is there a setting I need to fix?

Thanks.

What streaming device/smart TV do you have?

I have Roku and I do not experience that problem.

This is on a Samsung TV. Then maybe I should try it on my Amazon Fire Stick on my other TV.

Just tried it with the Amazon Fire Stick and everything was ok. I’m having the issue with the app on my Samsung TV.
