Any reason why this never got a steelbook release here in the US?

I find it strange that WB completely skipped out on one.

I still have not picked up the 4K, because I am hoping they release this version stateside in time for Halloween.

The steelbook is Studio Canal, WB didn't do international on this one.

Crazy how it came mint all the way from the U.K. but my steels from target and best buy come destroyed half the time from a few states away.

Well, mine is marked as delivered as of a few days ago, but it never arrived. Got a refund from Amazon UK, and now it's sold out everywhere.

Atomic Movie Store has some of these UK SteelBooks listed new/sealed for $12.95 each with a Spine slash mark...which doesn't even look that bad to me in the pics. Still, that's pretty cheap. I grabbed one, but added with the Ginger Snaps Trilogy set pre-order. So I won't get it until October, but at least it gave me free shipping.

I don't know how many they have in stock, but they must have multiples since it didn't go OOS after I placed my order. Atomic packs things very securely in boxes with a ton of bubble wrap too.
