Agreed. I suspect the remasters of Super Mario RPG and Thousand Year Door are in part to test the waters to see what kind of sales Nintendo can get for turn based Mario RPG's. If they do sell really well, I can see a brand new turn based Mario RPG (maybe a direct successor to the original) eventually being made for the next console. Can't say I've liked the more action RPG direction the Paper Mario series took post-Thousand Year Door. Thankfully, I do think both of these HD remakes will do great sales-wise.
