I got a problem. I preorded an item back in 2022 and i just received it on September 11, 2023. I try to return it the other day, they say it is not returnable and there is no return date. I contracted support and they try to made the excuse of item need to be within 30 days of order. Is there any other option for me but to contract BBB for it?

Was it the only part of your order, or did other stuff ship from it earlier?

My UPS SurePost package was at the UPS facility in the town I live in but was mysteriously transferred to a post office 30 miles north of me.

This exact thing just happened to me as well. They only gave me 2 days to "update my card" and when I saw that it was removing the preorder discount I called a target rep to take care of it and make sure I didn't lose the deal. They confirmed everything would be fine. The next day I received the order cancelled email. Called back, they said they couldn't reinstate the order, that once you get one of those emails there's nothing they can do, it's all automated and their automation for updating a payment, even a simple card expiration change for an existing order is very slow. He said I'd have to place a new order and they'd give me a 10% discount for my trouble. I told the rep I had a 20% discount on the original order. He got approval to match it, but wouldn't give me any "sorry for your trouble" bonus on top. It did work out to my advantage though, as this week they have a 5% bonus cardholder offer, which I'd already activated, but hadn't used, so the new order came out about a buck cheaper than the original preorder. Still, not worth the aggravation by a long shot.

Got my order and the $10 off was added to my target circle . The annoying part is they stuffed 4 blurays in 1 white little mailer . one slip destroyed 2 others were rewrapped , probably used . Don't want to lose the $10 off for next time but I'm getting tired of Target and there carelessness . In addition sorry off topic . There crappy stock that keeps falling , Any savings on there movies I'm just losing it right back in there stock . Might be time to get out , Should have when it was double long ago .

I used 20% off + 20% off last week to buy a couple of movies. The first one arrived in a box, which was a pleasant surprise. But it was in a box because these ding-dongs sent the movie in a plastic security case.

I got $5 off from chat which I was happy about, but had to watch some videos to figure out how to open it. Can’t wait to see how the 2nd one arrives today.

My Matilda 4K Steelbook was 5 miles from me before it decided to go on a two day 350 mile journey.

Miraculously it arrived without a single ding.

I've had that happen where it was literally 5 mins away down at the post office. Then soon after it ends up halfway across the country.

Same here, I ordered 6 movies with 2 of them being pre-orders so the 4 available just arrived today in that same zero protection mailer. The two movies on each outer side were crushed where it bent up the slip and even cracked the actual cases.. Good news is I got a full refund for one and got a free replacement for the other so hopefully that comes in decent shape and ill be happy.

I'm with you though as the damage is getting a bit ridiculous.. I had two other movies from a previous sale that were heavily damaged but they never came back in stock so I finally just gave up and returned those.

Overall, i'm still getting some good enough deals to deal with it but it's getting a bit old for sure.

I'd be grateful if target sent our orders in plastic security cases. We'd never stress over a bent steelbook again.
