I absolutely love the first two Creepshow movies and was so excited when this series was announced and I’ve tried so hard to get into it, but I think it’s time for me to admit to myself that this series just isn’t good at all.

Same, though I did enjoy the second season Bob Ross Vs the Evil Dead episode with Ted Raimi. Bought that season just to have in my Evil Dead collection. Other than that, the show just doesn't have the Creepshow flavor. Considering it's produced by Greg Nicotero, who worked on the original films, I am really surprised at how little it feels like Creepshow.

The “George Romero in 3D” episode was the final nail in the coffin for me. That was some of the cringiest shit I’ve seen in awhile. I cannot believe that Greg Nicotero, someone who was actually friends with George Romero was responsible for that.

I quit watching halfway through the second season. I realized they just weren't making the kind of show I wanted.

Second season in a row without any Stephen King adaptations. Sorry but, to me, that ain’t CREEPSHOW. Pass.

I'm through the first two episodes of season 4, and still enjoy the show immensely.

This season is the weakest one. Mostly due to an obvious reduction in budget (very typical of AMC to reduce the budget the longer a show stays on air). Aside from Tom Atkins and some people from The Fall of the House of Usher there are no notable actors in this season.

I finally caved and started watching the series, got through the first 3 seasons and although I really wanted to like it, I don't know. For one thing, what's up with the creep?! He used to introduce the stories in his own loveable way, now, he literally just laughs a couple times and disappears. There is a couple alright episodes, but for the most part, they feel way off to me. Bummer.

The Creep was originally supposed to have dialogue and unique host segments but they were afraid of getting sued due to him being too similar to the Crypt Keeper.

The first two seasons i like. Season 3 has only four or five good stories while Season 4 suffers from poor writing and lack of budget.

Yeah i would love to see more Stephen King adaptations for the show. It would also be great to see stories from other authors made into episodes. ''Tight Little Stitches in a Dead Man's Back'' from Joe R. Lansdale and ''Sex, Death and Starshine'' from Clive Barker would work very well as episodes.

I'm in. I don't care about the show, I just collect slipcovers.

[Show spoiler]

I enjoy the show. Not every episode is a hit, but there's enough there to keep me interested.

Tales from the Darkside had a few good episodes out of every dozen. I can probably count the number of good episodes in Monsters on two hands.
I feel like if I watched those shows six-episodes a year I'd find them disappointing too. On a whole they're still fun watches to me.

I've seen the first four episodes so far. 3 and 4 were alright, but 1 and 2 -- especially the one about the hat -- were just awful.
