One you might like is, "The Quiller Memorandum." (Sorry not sure how to paste in a cover shot). Definitely a anti-Bond type, it features great performances by George Seagal, Sir Alex Guiness, and Max von Sydow. Excellent period (60's) detail of Berlin as it was back then adds authenticity. The plot is weak in some areas (like all spy movies - but better than Bond films always, however fun those may be). Still, good suspense. A real Cold-War era thriller. And finally, Senta Berger makes today's "hot celebs" look like high school girls trying to look "mature." Personal fav. Blu-Ray Reg. B only, IIRC.

In your reply box, there should be an image of a mountain against a yellow backdrop. The link you provided was for the product page itself. To show the cover you have to right clink the image and either "view image" or "copy image location" to get the URL. Another way to showcase the cover is going to the entry here on the site and copying the entry number from the URL (it's listed at the end) and using the "[BD]" button in the reply box.

View image and copy image location are not selections. The choices when right clicked are: save picture, share picture, Ask Bing, select all, copy and view source, and inspect elemnt. (the last two of which brings up a page of java programming) ???
This is from Amazon and I'm running Windows 10 on PC. I haven't tried option number two yet (this site). I do appreciate the help! P.S> Neither sav picture as, nor share, nor copy give any url as a result. |

ENIGMA (2001) is an absorbing, suspenseful spy film about
the top-secret decoder box in WWll known as the Enigma. In From Russia With Love it was called the "Lektor Decoder." Michael Apted directs a great script by playwright Tom Stoppard. The third act is worthy of Hitchcock. ![]() I saw it a couple of times in theaters. The only blu-ray is from Germany, that I know of. |

I still have my DVD from the early 2000s. Is this one region free? |
