Personally I think it is worth it as I am a huge fan of JC/MH (and it was worth the buy

I really liked Gavin & Stacey but Horne and Corden's sketch show was dire. I found this film to be closer in quality (or lack of) to the latter. And this is coming from someone with such low standards he got a few laughs from the notorious Sex Lives Of The Potato Men. I'd say rent it first unless you're an H&C fanatic

No, it is worth avoiding at all costs. A typically embarassing British big-screen comedy. Absolutely diabolical.

Anyone in the UK purchased this movie and tested on a region A PS3 or other Blu-ray player to see if it's region locked?

After all this time, it seems like the movie is region B locked. An Australian eBay seller has it listed as locked.

My copy arrived from Amazon UK. Confirmed, region locked.

Odd question...Ive seen 3 different covers for this...1 Canadian and 2 UK...the Canadian cover is all different from the UK covers but the UK covers are the same other than its a reverse negative on the other. Are all BD the same other than the covers?

well, I just received my copy and it has a 4th cover!!!

The 'Tesco' cover....Thats not what the seller pictured on Amazon. I'm sending it back!!!

Are there different versions of the movie? I just got the Blu-ray from Amazon and it says on the back the runtime is in 1hr 23min

And there is a "14A" rating on the back, so... did i just buy one with all the good stuff missing, or is that just how the Region A one is?

UK release runs 86:22.

Never trust covers with run times, they often list the 4% faster PAL run times from the DVDs.

14A sounds like the Canadian version. Not matter which version you buy all the "good stuff" is missing ...

Well that explains it, thank you. Seems like Amazon just puts "unrated" when they don't know the rating, so hopefully there is just the one version.

I'm not a fan of comedies usually, but for some reason i always like the ones most other people hate.
