Others have asked me about the covers before and about cropping out the credits ... truthfully, I wanted to keep the poster art in tact if I could, to represent it as it was ... that is if there is art ... some films I get artwork for from HiResCovers that is just the image without even a Title, and I have to add it! For me, I don't particularly mind the look, even tho the credits and small text are quite small, I just wanted a decent quality image for the front and back so they don't look bad. Plus, since I've made about 200 of these now, if I were to try to alter the poster art for each of them, it would take so much longer than the couple of minutes it takes me now.

As for using two posters, I tend to do it if I can find good ones, but there are so many movies that I find hard to even find one for ... but I do try to do it if I can! Plus I want the posters to match the Title Treatment used for the spine, and some films have different posters with different Title styles on them.

If there are some films you know of that have multiple good posters, let me know, and it would be easy for me to change that

These are shaping up as perhaps the best BSG custom covers I've seen. Of course, they do beg the question of where to find the 5/6-disc Blu-ray cases, but let's not get hung up on that. Eventually they will become readily available.

Please consider deleting "THE PERFECT HI-DEF MOVIE EXPERIENCE" from the covers. First, this line seriously detracts from the understated elegance of the cover art. Second, these episodes are technically not "movies".

Please, if you quote a post with pictures in it remove the image. It gives the thread a clean look and doesn't create huge huge replies.

If you need to reference a cover you could always provide a link to the original post, but usually the creator or others can understand what you are talking about just through context.

If you like the thread rate it, I can't stand that this awesome thread with all this great custom work is a 3.67.

I will probably update the list sometime today, then going on vacation for a few weeks.

Hey guys, got my 6-disc cases from Rantlers today (came from PCX)! I made a cover for Band of Brothers to fit it, which was the reason for buying the cases. Anyway, thought I'd share it with you all...

Here's the cover-

And an image for the inside, just a scan that has been reformatted to fit-

Trean, feel free to add those like you would anyone elses.

He probably just has the movies from the torrent sites that came from Sky Network in the UK (I think thats where they came from). They are 25fps and when converted properly for NTSC, they judder. (Don't ask how I know

)

Ok guys, these are not custom covers per say but i know people were after them, Any HP fan will know that they re-released the films with re-designed covers, I managed to get ahold of these covers so i have made scans of them all for anybody who wants them, I also scanned the original versions:
