Crisp sound

A study in semantics is always fun! I agree crisp is a limited term to use. I think of potato chips or how in Ireland or England they are called crisps! I have found over the years that the better the equipment the more open and airy the sound becomes. So open is a great word for me. I like to keep it simple, but that is just me.
