Although it will probably never happen anytime soon (if ever at all), I'm still (desperately) waiting for properly restored (& completely unaltered/uncut/uncensored/etc.) Blu-ray or 4K UHD releases of the following titles:

1. The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978)
2. The Ewok Adventure "a.k.a. caravan of courage an ewok adventure" (1984)
3. Droids (1985)
4. Ewoks (1985)
5. Ewoks The Battle For Endor (1985)
6. Star Wars Clone Wars (2003)

Give me all of these over everything Di$ney has or will ever create and release as their Star Wars. No joke!

Jeremy Coon talks about this on the Filmumentaries podcast around the 38 min mark. He talks about how he had thought about putting them on but everything felt like overkill.

My copy came in yesterday. I think it is BD-R because the bottom of the disk looks different from a normal Blu Ray disk.

There are no special features. The only other thing on the disk, extra to the documentary itself, is the trailer seen in the first post in this thread.

Having seen the Mandalorian (the first two seasons, anyway), no. I just don't care about new Star Wars anymore.

Rogue One is the only thing they've done that's completely and wholly worthwhile.

But that's an opinion. Andor is excellent (critically acclaimed) and Solo was a helluva lot of fun. In my opinion.

Force Awakens is one of the all-time highest films for a reason as well. If we go animated Bad Batch has been more than worthwhile.

I'm definitely not implying that I speak on the behalf of all the Star Wars nerds and Di$ney devotees so my words should not be misinterpreted as reflecting anyone else's interests or opinions.
Also, for the record, I was never dumb enough to even claim that any specific Star Wars film or series is either "better" or "worse" than any other Star Wars property (cinematic or otherwise).

Everyone has their own personal likes and dislikes concerning art and entertainment.
To argue that one's own cinematic taste is somehow "better" or that another person's is somehow "worse" is kind of dumb.
Different perhaps? Absolutely.
"Better" or "worse"? Yeah, according to who exactly...? Give me a break.

You can validate or defend your own personal cinematic tastes all that you want.
Go ahead and cite just how much money "whatever" has made, or how popular it is with the general public, or even how much "critical acclaim" and awards it has received.
I do not allow such things to dictate my own personal enjoyment of any given film, tv series, work of music, or whatever.
Honestly, I will never understand that "follow the masses" mentality of "hey, everyone else is saying this is the greatest thing ever so I need to like it now and you should too!"
So many people willingly adhere to this and flaunt it to all who "disobey".
I can't help but have the impression that your pallet for films and music falls heavily on the more "mainstream" side of the spectrum.
That's not a "bad" thing but it's not inherently a "good" thing either.
It's merely just "different" from my own set of sensibilities and standards of enjoyment and quite frankly, reveals a lot about your perspective regarding this overall topic.

Funny enough, I'm not trying to convert or convince others that they should enjoy watching The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978) more than they should enjoy watching The Mandalorian (2019) or whatever.
Hell, I never claimed to have "good taste", "bad taste", or "any taste" for that matter but I will accept that I do have "different taste" than whatever you have.
