The UK UHD for Topaz is only in the Volume 3 UHD set there. There's no standalone UK release. The running time is listed as 142 mins, so it should be the extended cut.

The only standalone UHDs of the theatrical cut seem to be:

France
Spain
Scandinavia (one disc for all countries)

There's also apparently an Italian UHD of the theatrical cut, but like the UK, it's only available in the Italian Vol 3 set, there's no standalone release.

I ended up getting the Spanish release of Topaz and can confirm that it is indeed the 125-minute version, on both UHD and BD. The standard BD is the old release as expected.

I've never really understood why Universal has always gone to the trouble of separating the two cuts across different territories, especially in the Blu-ay and UHD eras, when they've hardly ever been shy about using seamless branching on other titles.

Even if they don't have a complete set of dubs for the longer version, there's always subtitles.
