Thanks,I've tried it,let's me use that but they say my membersip number not valid,I just bought the membership at a B&N store this moring and I can't use it online,WTF!!!

I had so much trouble loading my membership card for online ordering and I still don't have it fixed.

You will probably have to call their customer service line on the issue.

,will be cancelling my B&N membership for sure!

Really wanted that Olvier's Shakespeare set! Why buy a membership if I can't use the damn thing online!

I uhhhhh I ordered 6 more dvds last night.

but after today I'm free and don't even have to think about it anymore. I think I got a good variety. once the sale is officially over I'm making a list to post here and a couple of other places.

Did you call?
Might not be active in their system yet. Sometimes when you buy in store they'll give you the discount without your card being "officially" active.
If nothing else call the store where you bought your membership.

I just called cust serivce and got a damn recording that says that my membership is NOT VALID! WTF!

Well you could run to the store and they can order them to be shipped to your house.

At least mine always offers that when I try to buy something. They never have anything...

Thanks for all your help Zedd, since the Criterion sale is the reason I bought the membership and it ends today, I'm just gonna cancel my membership, it says I got 30 days to do so and that's what I'm gonna do.

I might re-join some other time!

The Barnes & Noble sale ends tomorrow, August 3rd, I believe, Mr. White. Not to sound like an ass, Mr. White, but I'm just wondering why you didn't purchase the membership 3 weeks ago when the sale started, if you were wanting to get the Criterion discs?
