Got a delay notice on the Collector’s Edition but feel pretty safe I’ll get it considering it still is up for order at the retailer I went thru, got real lucky months back with a couple coupons stacking that likely were not meant to stack, so only paying like $61 for it.

Yep same here. Online shows stock, went into the store and nowhere to be found. Asked a clerk who looked completely disinterested and I just said screw it. Found a copy at BB luckily instead.

Guess it's time I stopped ordering from BB. Titanic, naked gun, stand by me steelbook, and color purple have been delayed? Screw this, if a I get a chance I'll head out to get any of the in store stock if they have any.

Really torn about getting this. A quick Google and there are at least 8 reviews that gush over the transfer. In fact the only place where sharpening and DNR and AI upscaling are mentioned is probably this thread. I'm waiting for this sites review, the Av forums review in the UK and Doblu before committing.

Speaking of slipcovers, the color difference between the slipcover and case insert is ridiculous. The slipcover looks beautiful with natural-looking skin tones and white whites but the case insert of my copy is very pink.

Looks like a printing error. Mine looks fine, but I didn't get a slipcover. Walmart Canada is selling this for $30, less than Amazon Canada or Best Buy Canada.

My copy looks the same colors to me. Got mine today from amazon

Well I’m glad that others look good. I plan on returning this copy anyway and just keeping the collector’s edition.

Original Super35 scan from the studio, released as promo. Not sure ehere to find them online.
