Not doing first in first out? That's just grossly mismanaged, assuming the order isn't waiting for stock of something. So basically, anyone who got their order in early, could have wasted their time and missed out on something, be it a title or just a slip for a title, all because they do order fulfillment in a sloppy, disorganized manner? That's the kind of response that loses them customers.
