Gundam 0080 War in the Pocket is a common answer, and one I've re-watched around the season, but it's not particularly Christmas-y. If you're okay with single episodes of longer series, episode 7 of K-On and episode 10 of Maid Dragon on the other hand are very festive and a fun time.

I mean, it kinda is. It's set around Christmas, it hits a lot of the same plot beats as It's A Wonderful Life. While it doesn't directly reference the classic movie, one gets the feeling that Disappearance DOES assume you've seen It's A Wonderful Life as well.
