I had that pixelation issue too and I thought I had a bad disc. I didn't realize it was in the darn transfer. It was horrible.

Oh gee I didn't realize Bholaa was a 3D title. I guess at least it is 4k on Prime, here in Australia. I've got it on my watch list but just haven't gotten to it. I actually watched another Ajay Devgn movies today, Baadshaho, just a light one.

I too have Ra.One 3D and Anaglyph of Haunted and Raaz3.

I did see RRR and would love to have that in my 3D blu-ray collection. Please give links if it gets a retail released. Or links for any Hindi 3D these are very rare on US Ebay.

I watched the anaglyph 3D DVD of Dangerous Ishq tonight. I have to caution anyone interested that the conversion to anaglyph is very poor. Watching in 2D would've been more enjoyable, which would've required a separate DVD purchase. It was very rare that my brain actually fused a 3D image of the entire frame. The only constant I noticed was that the 3D worked well when the camera was strafing from left to right or when a character was moving across the screen from right to left, sort of like the Pulfrich effect. Otherwise, most of the image looked flat. It is far below the quality of 3DFA's anaglyph presentations. Also of note is that the cheap-o red/cyan glasses packaged with the disc have really poor cancellation, and the lens colors are reversed, so don't count on using those. Maybe the 3D could be salvaged if someone is able to separate the left and right images with software, but I doubt it. I would like to try, but I'm not sure where to start and only have a Mac.

The film itself is a bit cheesy and quite melodramatic, but still a fun cultural experience. The costumes, locations, and architecture are all gorgeous. I wish I could've seen them in 3D and full color. The music is probably the best thing about the film, and the songs are replayable by themselves from the disc menu. Stereographer Clyde DeSouza has a fun critique of the 3D on his blog where he complains about hyperstereo and retinal rivalry, neither of which are fusable enough to see on the anaglyph DVD. I have Blu-rays for Haunted 3D and Raaz 3 coming in the mail, so we'll see if they fare any better, but my hope is shot. I can't imagine making such a film and then being okay with selling this product.

Barroz has a new date, December 21, 2023. Releasing in 60+ countries. Try to catch this one in cinemas.

Note that this movie is shot in native 3D and written/produced by Jijo Punnoose, director of My Dear Kuttichathan. Supposedly, Mohanlal, actor/director, re-wrote the script to amplify his own character's importance though. It originally revolved around a female child.

Fighter is an upcoming Bollywood action thriller scheduled to release in 3D and IMAX 3D worldwide on 25 January 2024.

Apart from some evident uncanny resemblance to Top Gun and some unconvincing VFX, it should look good in 3D. Not to mention this is coming from Viacom18 which is part of the Paramount Network, so I guess we are getting this in 3D since Maverick didn't release in 3D as promised earlier.

Hoping for a fulfilling 3D experience in cinemas next month.

Holy shit, Fighter looks to be a shameless copy of Top Gun, but it looks entertainingly silly. I would KILL to see this in 3D theatrically, lol.

IMAX doesn’t have anything scheduled for January 25 in the US. Fingers crossed Fighter is the first Indian film since Brahmastra to play in IMAX 3D.
